Dr. Jackoby is the firm’s Business Manager. He coordinates some of the inner workings of the office, such as accounting and billing, the writing and posting of legal articles, and works with our service providers such as website, phone, and local and state-wide marketing coordination.
With a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Benjamin has decades of experience coordinating efforts to solve problems and we are happy to have him on our side in this capacity. Like the rest of our firm, he is in constant communication with every other member of our team and plays an integral part of defending each of our client’s rights.
Dr. Jackoby knows the toll it can take to fight a false allegation. He knows the damage that can be done to even the most conscientious, principled person and their family when having to navigate the judicial system suddenly and unexpectedly. He will be the first to emphasize that being contacted by law enforcement should never be taken lightly by even the most law-abiding American citizen. The costs and stress of being accused of a crime cannot be understated and should not be attempted without the counsel of a qualified defense attorney with an experienced team.
Additionally, Dr. Jackoby and his family are active in community and charitable organizations, donating often to Habitat for Humanity and supporting the Humane Society. He also helps coordinate Law Office sponsorships such as 24 hours of Hockey for Habitat for Humanity, the Angel Open Golf outing. He regularly hosts our TLOBJ criminal defense tent at Main Street Delaware First Fridays and is an active member of the Delaware Area Chamber of commerce.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, playing guitar, and golfing.
